Marina di Stabia Shipyard
The shipyard was founing. It offers a technical dock with three towing basins and an over 100 meter dock to operate on floating vessels with a 4 to 6 meter draft.
On the technical dock towing and launching operations can be carried out through 2 travelling lifts, a 220 tons one and a 60 tons one.
We also have the use of two wheeled trucks (60 and 70 tons) for all the movements.
The shipyard staff offers great expertise and skills for everything which involves storage, building, re-fitting and updates of vessels, whether they are made of wood, fiberglass or aluminum, or whether they are commercial, pleasure or military units.
The onsite technical department and management office is capable of monitoring all the administrative and technical issues with maximum care.
Parts of the structure are dedicated to a spare part warehouse, a mechanical workshop (Dealer Caterpillar and MAN), an electrical department, a woodwork department and a metallic carpentry equipped with a 5 ton overhead travelling crane. There is also a painting department provided with two air-conditioned warehouses (36 x 8 mt and a smaller 15 m2 ) to paint accessories and fittings.
We are partners with all the main engine producers and most reliable authorized garages in order to provide outstanding engine maintenance.
Complete support, quality of the work carried out up to present days and the staff’s know-how have determined the success of the shipyard. Our flagship is the refitting (2010-11) of the vessel Alejandra, a 41,37 mt (135'7'' ft) wooden and aluminum yacht owned by Cesare Fiorucci, with a 4mt draught, designed by the American Bruce King and built in the Mefasa Shipyard in Spain. We replaced the entire teak deck, painted the hull and the bridge in AwlGrip and replaced the entire gunwale.
